What we collect when you apply as an expert, why, who sees it, and how to have it deleted.
What we collect
- Application: your first and last name, email, where you are based, and your LinkedIn profile URL if you choose to share it.
- Assessment: your answers, your score, and when you took it.
- How you found us: the role page you applied from and the campaign or partner link that brought you there, if any.
We do not ask for government ID, a Social Security number, bank details, or video at this stage. If a project later needs identity or payment details, we will tell you what is needed and why before you share anything.
Why we use it
- To send you the assessment, and to remind you if you do not finish it.
- To review your results and confirm your background and field.
- To email you about projects that match your expertise.
- To understand which channels bring strong applicants, so we can improve how we recruit.
Who we share it with
- AI companies we work with: when we put you forward for a project, we share your name, contact details, background and assessment result with that company so they can confirm and onboard you. We only do this for projects you are being considered for.
- Service providers that run parts of this process for us, such as our form tool, our assessment partner, email, and website hosting. They may use your information only to provide those services.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to advertise to you on other sites.
How long we keep it
We keep application and assessment records for up to 24 months after we last hear from you, so we can match you to future projects. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email. You can ask to see, correct, export, or delete the information we hold about you by emailinghello@navaday.ai. We respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example California, the UK, or the EU), you may have additional rights under local law, and you can raise a concern with your local data protection authority.

- Applicants must be 18 or older.
- We protect your information with access controls and trusted providers. No system is perfectly secure, so we collect only what we need at each step.
